Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information 3SumGames ("we", "us") collects when you play our mobile games or visit 3sumgames.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to every mobile game published by 3SumGames on Google Play, and to the website 3sumgames.com. Each game also has its own short section under Game-specific details, listing anything that applies only to that game.

By installing or playing our games, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our games.

2. Information we collect

Our games do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, phone number or address in the game.

Collected automatically by our games and their services

• Device identifiers: your Android advertising ID, and identifiers generated by the advertising and Google Play services listed below.
• Device and app information: device model, operating system version, screen size, language, app version, and crash or error information.
• Approximate location: a general location (such as country or region) derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Usage and ad interaction data: which ads were shown, whether they were clicked, and how the game was used, such as session length.
• Purchase information: confirmation of in-app purchases from Google Play, such as the item bought and an order reference.
• Game progress: settings and progress saved on your device.

Information you give us

• Support emails: if you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in the message.

Information we do not collect

• Payment card or bank details. Google Play handles all payments.
• Precise location, contacts, photos, messages or microphone recordings.
• Passwords or account credentials.

3. How we use information

• To run the game, save your progress and settings, and deliver items you buy.
• To show ads that keep our games free, and to limit how often you see the same ad.
• To fix crashes and bugs, and to improve gameplay and performance.
• To prevent fraud, cheating and abuse.
• To answer your questions and support requests.
• To meet legal obligations.

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on these legal bases: performance of our agreement with you (running the game and delivering purchases), your consent (personalized ads, where consent is required), our legitimate interests (security, fixing bugs, improving our games), and legal obligations.

4. Advertising

Our games show ads served by Google AdMob, together with partner ad networks that AdMob works with. To choose and measure ads, these services may collect the advertising ID, device information, approximate location and ad interaction data described above.

• Personalized ads: ads may be based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized ads, reset your advertising ID, or delete it in your Android settings under Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads on some devices.
• Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: where required by law, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google's consent message. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalized ads, which rely on limited data such as general location.

5. In-app purchases

Some games offer optional in-app purchases, processed by Google Play Billing. Google collects and processes your payment information under the Google Privacy Policy. We receive only the information needed to confirm and deliver your purchase, such as the item, purchase time and order reference. We never see your card details.

6. Third-party services

Our games use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy.

7. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only in these cases:

• Service providers: with the services listed above, so they can run ads, purchases and app delivery for us.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, court order or a government request, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our players, ourselves or others.
• Business changes: if 3SumGames is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that deal. This policy will continue to protect it.

Under some US state laws, allowing ad partners to use data for personalized ads can count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time by turning off ad personalization in your Android settings, as described in Advertising, or by contacting us.

8. Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, email contact.3sumgames@gmail.com and we will delete it.

9. Data retention

• Game progress and settings stay on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game.
• Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request, and then for up to 24 months unless the law requires longer.
• Data held by Google and ad partners is kept under their own retention policies.

10. Deleting your data

Our games do not use accounts, so most of your data is stored on your device. You can delete it at any time by:

1. Clearing the game's data in Settings > Apps > [game name] > Storage > Clear data, or uninstalling the game.
2. Resetting or deleting your advertising ID in your Android settings, which disconnects past ad data from your device.
3. Emailing contact.3sumgames@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request", the game name, and, if you have contacted us before, the email address you used.

We will respond within 30 days and delete any data we hold about you, unless we must keep it for legal reasons. Purchase records held by Google Play are controlled by Google.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International transfers

Our service providers, including Google, may process information in countries other than your own, such as the United States. Where required, these transfers are protected by safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you, or receive a copy of it.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, including personalized advertising.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and targeted advertising.
• Complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, email contact.3sumgames@gmail.com. We may ask for information to confirm your request, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

14. This website

3sumgames.com does not use cookies, analytics or ads. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when you visit. Fun extras on the site, such as achievements, are stored only in your own browser and are never sent to us. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and maintenance.

All sections above apply to every game. Anything specific to a single game is listed here.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell players in the affected games before it takes effect.
